ABSOLUTE LEGENDS

Graphics doesn´t matter, plot even less, it' s all about speed.

 Became a champion of velocity, a master of acceleration,  ruler of momentum. 

Incarnate this truly aerodynamic square and beat all records to rise as an 

ABSOLUTE LEGEND!

This small project is a video game tribute to all the speedrunning game community and to Karl Jobst´s Youtube channel, which truly managed to make me, a non speedrunner, appreciate the huge amount of dedication, learning time, passion, and sheer power of will required to be a speedrunner.

The game itself is a classic plattformer. The focus is set in movement mechanics, speedrunning tools and anti-cheating measures,  all common topics in Karl Jobst´s Youtube channel, (from where the game´s name come from, its his catch phrase)

This is the first version release, wich doest have all the tools intended, and the map designs probably will change. But the core is there.

CONTROLS:

A-Left

D-Right

SPACE- Jump

MLB- Dash while mid air

MRB- Heavy mode to fall fast

Mouse- Aim the dash arrow

ENTER- Quick whole run restart

BACKSPACE- Quick level restart (switching to level specific run)

1,2,3- Game speed, for practice purpuses, but will mark the UI

You can play LONG RUN or choose a specific level for a specific level record.
